Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a DEGREE qualified Civil Engineer to join our Structures team. Calling all enthusiastic and qualified Engineers with 1 – 4 years’ experience working on structural infrastructure projects such as water and waste water plants, bridges, wharves, reservoirs, piling and other structures related works. This role will be based in the Bay of Plenty however travel around New Zealand will be required in the future to build on your skills and experience base.

HEB Structures is a division of HEB Construction which is a significant player in the heavy civil and structures business and a leader in the construction of New Zealand infrastructure. The business provides a range of products and services to complement its core offering such as subdivisions, roading, bituminous surfacing, bridges, marina and wharf building, parks and reserves, and water and drainage solutions. HEB Construction operates through branch offices in Hamilton, Tauranga, Auckland and Christchurch with contract sites throughout the country. Head Office is based in Wiri, Auckland.

Major clients throughout New Zealand include Transit New Zealand, local and regional councils, airports, ports, forest companies, utility operators and private developers.
