We are looking for an experienced automotive service administrator to joint our expanding team at Continental Cars BMW, this role is a great opportunity for career development if you a looking to become a service adviser of the future.
This challenging role will require you to have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in an admin and reception role
Customer service focus
This busy role will see you being a strong support for the Service Advisors as well as responsible for a number of key tasks – ensuring that all paperwork and service administration duties are carried out in a timely and accurate fashion as well as attending to customers. The ideal candidate will be either an ex Service Advisor or someone aspiring to work towards a Service Advisor role.

Hours for this position are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
